The test must be taken no more than two years before the start of your studies at Legenda.
iv. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Power/Control/Communications)
3+0 in collaboration with University of East London, UK
Electronics is at the heart of most modern industries, activities and communications systems. Students that are awarded a BEng (Hons) degree will be able to work in a very wide variety of disciplines. These include areas such as radio and television, sound recording, the electricity supply and telephone systems. Many other industries rely on electronics, computing and IT such as banking and manufacturing companies producing a wide variety of products. The Electrical and Electronic Engineering programmes at University of East London (UEL) have proved to be popular for many years. UEL developed programmes that are current and will give you the opportunity to develop their understanding and skills. With very good facilities for laboratory and practical work, students will be able to reinforce the theories and practices learnt in the classroom via 'hands on' experience. This programme offer student the opportunity to study the fundamental knowledge and theories required by all Electronic and Electronics Engineers and apply these to the practical work environment.
Programme Details
Duration: 3 years, 6 semesters.
Assessment:
Varies from module to module but will include end of module examinations, coursework, project work, laboratory reports and tests of competence in theoretical and practical sessions.

vi. Master of Science in Computer Systems Engineering (Integrated Systems)
In collaboration with University of East London, UK
Programme Outline
The general aim of the programme is to enable engineers to develop specialist expertise in the design and development of integrated and distributed systems by combining a number of smaller digital sub-systems into a larger and more powerful computer based system. The programme is designed to promote and engender a positive interest in current and future technologies and stimulate the development of a systems approach using software applications, artificial intelligence, computer communications and ASIC/ VLSI design methodologies. This will encourage and enthuse students to respond to developments in sub-systems design and integration through their studies and dissertation and allow them to contribute to future substantial engineering projects.

vii. Master of Science in Computer Systems Engineering (Software Systems)
In collaboration with University of East London, UK
Programme Outline
The general aim of the programme is to enable engineers to develop specialist expertise in the design and development of high integrity software suitable for the specification of critical systems. This will involve a comprehensive understanding of formal model-based development methods and the application of mathematical reasoning to interrogate a formal specification. The design and development of large heterogeneous software systems will be explored which will involve reliability and performance features of concurrency and distributed systems, and the management of software development projects. Concepts of artificial intelligence and mathematical modelling in the support and development of software systems will also be analysed. The programme is designed for students to develop a comprehensive systems software approach for applications which will provide an important contribution to the needs of the computer software industry.
